Job summary

Gowan Auto in Ireland seeks a Sales Administrator to support the Sales and Distribution team for Peugeot & DS Automobiles brands. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will help deliver outstanding service to the dealer network and customers.

You will generate regular sales reports, manage dealer queries, track stock, registrations, and assist with the CDV conversions process while ensuring data accuracy in the Stellantis system.

Gowan Auto, importers and distributors of multiple motor brands in Ireland, are seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator for the Peugeot & DS Automobiles brands. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the role of the Sales Administrator is to support the various functions within the Sales and Distribution department. The primary objective of the role involves working as part of the Sales and Distribution team to deliver excellent service to the dealer network and customers of the Peugeot & DS Automobiles brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Generation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Managing dealer queries and requests pertaining to stock levels, updates, and general sales information.
• Monitoring of production from dealer orders to dealer forecourt.
• Stock management for network ordering and allocation.
• Liaising with our logistics partners.
• Registration of new vehicles.
• Supporting CDV conversions process in conjunction with various converters.
• Managing and updating the Stellantis system with order bank details, registration information, etc.
• Providing systems training to the dealer network.
