Job summary

Donohoe Škoda is looking to recruit an organised, enthusiastic and detail-focused Sales & Finance Administrator to join our team in Enniscorthy. This is an important role supporting the sales department and ensuring that the administration involved in selling and financing vehicles is completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General day-to-day administration within the dealership.

• Following up with customers to secure outstanding paperwork.
• Checking finance applications and customer documentation for accuracy.
• Ensuring all sales and finance files are completed correctly.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating administrative systems.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider dealership team.
