Job summary

Gowan Auto in Ireland seeks a Sales Administrator to support the Sales and Distribution team for Peugeot & DS Automobiles brands. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will help deliver outstanding service to the dealer network and customers.

You will generate regular sales reports, manage dealer queries, track stock, registrations, and assist with the CDV conversions process while ensuring data accuracy in the Stellantis system.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Manage stock for network ordering and allocation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners.
• Register new vehicles.
• Support CDV conversions process with converters.
• Maintain order bank and registration data in the Stellantis system.
• Provide systems training to the dealer network.
