You\'re HIred!, a Dublin-based recruitment firm, seeks a freelance 360 Recruitment Consultant to work remotely from anywhere. You will collaborate on various assignments, manage candidate interviews, and drive placements with a generous commission structure.

This remote role offers flexibility to work in your own time, with business-development opportunities and the potential to build a scalable client portfolio across tech, construction, logistics, and more.

You're Hired a Dublin based recruitment firm, a dynamic and growing recruitment business committed to connecting top talent with outstanding employers. With a client-focused mindset and a passion for quality hiring, we specialize in delivering tailored recruitment solutions across tech, construction, Logistics & Supply Chain healthcare, hospitality etc. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced 360 Freelance Recruitment Consultant – Remote (work from anywhere) to collaborate on various assignments, contribute to business development, and help drive successful placements. Please note this is a Freelance Remote position – (Business Development and Recruitment) not salary based – with generous commission structure and flexibility to work from anywhere and in your own time.

What You Should Bring

Time Management: A proven ability to ruthlessly prioritize your daily tasks between active Business Development, Candidate Interviews, Client Meetings, and Compliance Administration. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients in Construction and associated sectors to understand their hiring needs, culture, and role requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Use a range of sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and networking.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
• Liaise with clients and candidates throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Negotiate offers and support the closing process.
• Contribute to client acquisition efforts (optional, depending on experience/interest).
• Provide market insights and consultative support to clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house), ideally with freelance or remote work experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various platforms/tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality.
• Experience in full 360 recruitment.
