Realtime Recruitment in Ireland is expanding its Permanent Recruitment team and seeks two experienced Recruitment Consultants to join the business. You will own your desk, win new business, build relationships with clients and deliver great candidates, while benefiting from a strong brand and flexible hybrid working.

We’re growing our Permanent Recruitment team and we’re looking for two experienced Recruitment Consultants to join us.

Are you an experienced agency recruiter who knows how to build relationships, win business and deliver great candidates? Do you want more ownership, a strong brand behind you, and the opportunity to build your own market?

This is an opportunity to join an established recruitment business with a strong reputation in the Irish technology market, while having the autonomy and support to grow your own desk and client base.

You’ll have a genuine 360° recruitment role, with a strong focus on business development, client relationships and delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying opportunities and winning new vacancies
• Building a strong network of candidates within your specialist market
• Taking ownership of your own recruitment desk and revenue
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Advising clients on the market, salary expectations and availability
• Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Using LinkedIn, CRM, networking and other channels to develop your market
• Working closely with the wider Permanent team to share market knowledge and opportunities
• Building towards becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen area

You’ll ideally have:

• 3+ years’ experience in an agency recruitment environment
• A proven track record in either IT, Technology, Change & Transformation or another professional recruitment market
• Experience managing clients and winning new business
• Strong candidate management and delivery skills
• A genuine interest in business development
• The confidence to pick up the phone and build relationships
• Commercial awareness and a desire to achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach
• The ambition to build a successful long-term recruitment career
