Job summary

You\'re HIred!, a Dublin-based recruitment firm, seeks a freelance 360 Recruitment Consultant to work remotely from anywhere. You will collaborate on various assignments, manage candidate interviews, and drive placements with a generous commission structure.

This remote role offers flexibility to work in your own time, with business-development opportunities and the potential to build a scalable client portfolio across tech, construction, logistics, and more.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients in Construction and related sectors to understand hiring needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Use sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and networking.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
• Liaise with clients and candidates throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Negotiate offers and support the closing process.
• Contribute to client acquisition efforts (optional).
• Provide market insights and consultative support to clients and candidates.
