Job summary

Rent a Recruiter is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for an initial six-month remote engagement in Ireland. You will own your accounts, manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer, and work directly with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver results.

You will proactively source and screen candidates, build relationships with hiring managers and HR teams, and coordinate interviews, while enjoying autonomy and support from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, agency/RPO/embedded preferred.
• Proven experience managing client relationships or recruitment accounts.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles remotely.

At Rent a Recruiter, we do recruitment a little differently.

We work as an extension of our clients' internal teams, providing dedicated recruitment support to businesses across a range of industries in Ireland and internationally.

We're a fully remote business with a collaborative, supportive team and a growing portfolio of clients. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join us for an initial six-month period, with the potential to extend beyond that.

The Role

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of their accounts and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

This isn't just a sourcing role. You'll be working directly with clients, building relationships with hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering results.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your workload, supported by an experienced recruitment team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief through to offer and placement.
• Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Proactively sourcing, engaging and screening candidates across a variety of roles.
• Managing multiple vacancies and prioritising recruitment activity based on client needs.
• Providing regular client updates, market insights and recruitment advice.
• Coordinating interviews, managing feedback and supporting the offer process.
• Working closely with the wider Rent a Recruiter team to deliver a high-quality recruitment service.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency, RPO or embedded recruitment environment.
• 2+ years in recruitment as a minimum threshold.
• Experience managing client relationships or recruitment accounts directly.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Confidence managing multiple roles and working independently.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment.
• Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of your workload.

Experience in account management or working directly with hiring managers would be a particular advantage.
