Job summary

RECRUITERS in Dublin City Centre is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will source, engage and manage the full recruitment cycle while building strong client relationships across Tech, Media, Finance and more.

You’ll operate in a hybrid environment with two days per week in our city centre office, enjoy uncapped commission and clear targets, and contribute to growth through proactive business development and excellent candidate experiences.

• Experience in recruitment, sales or another commercially focused, client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets.
• A consultative approach with understanding client and candidate needs.
• Good organisation, initiative and ability to manage competing priorities.
