Job summary

You're HIred!, a Dublin-based recruitment firm, seeks an experienced 360 Freelance Recruitment Consultant – Remote (work from anywhere). This remote, commission-driven position involves business development, candidate interviews, client meetings, and compliance administration.

You will build a robust talent pipeline and manage end-to-end recruitment for construction and related sectors. Ideal candidates bring proven recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients in Construction and related sectors to understand hiring needs and culture.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews.
• Use a range of sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting and networking.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
• Liaise with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless process.
• Negotiate offers and support closing of placements.
• Contribute to client acquisition efforts where appropriate.
• Provide market insights and consultative support to clients and candidates.
