A global recruiting firm is seeking a Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter to partner with clients and fulfill their hiring needs. This role requires at least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, and excellent communication skills. As a core team member, you'll design hiring processes and provide strategic guidance to clients. Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of market status, trends, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques including social media and Boolean search.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand strategic hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on position requirements.
• Source and recruit candidates using various tools and methods.
• Perform pre-screening calls to assess candidates' abilities.,

• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles
• Guide and facilitate negotiation through to completion
