Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Quality & Training Specialist in Dublin to uphold safety policies at scale. You will lead QA audits, analyze data, and guide policy interpretation and calibration across moderation teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, drive training rollouts, promote AI-enabled process improvements, and report on accuracy trends and policy gaps. Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required; internal candidates at G3+ are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in conducting analytical audits in a high-volume setting.
• Strong RCA skills, trend identification, and process optimization.
• Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs for complex or high-risk cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead calibration sessions.
• Fluency in data visualization, reporting, and QA tooling; leveraging AI to streamline tasks.
• Fluency in Ukrainian plus English as working language.
• Internal candidates with G3+ level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Auditing: conduct regular audits ensuring compliance and target targets.
• Data Analysis & RCA: perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues and translate data into feedback.
• Policy Interpretation & Curation: provide expert judgments on high-risk cases and validate golden sets.
• Calibration & Collaboration: lead calibration with moderation teams; partner with cross-functional teams.
• Operational Oversight & Escalation: manage edge cases and communicate policy updates across partners.
• Technical Reporting & AI Utilization: use QA dashboards and RCA tools to prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Training & Policy Cascade: lead or support training for policy changes and guidelines.
