Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in analytical audits within trust & safety or high-volume operations.
• Strong RCA and data-driven process improvement skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and make judgments on high-risk cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to run calibration sessions.
• Experience leveraging AI to streamline workflows and improve metrics.
• Fluency in Romanian for local market interactions; English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & auditing of moderation with adherence to data protection and safety standards.
• Perform RCA and analyze error patterns to feed improvements to guidelines and operations teams.
• Provide expert policy judgment on ambiguous or high-risk cases.
• Lead calibration sessions and collaborate with BPO, PPS, PS and OGS teams.
• Manage edge cases, communicate policy updates across partners.
• Utilize QA dashboards and RCA tools to generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Lead or support training on policy changes for BPO staff (about 20% of monthly output).
