Job summary

TikTok is seeking a QTS Market Lead in Ireland to ensure safety policies are enforced accurately at scale. The role acts as a bridge between high-level policy and on-ground execution, focusing on systemic scalability and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include auditing, data analysis, policy interpretation, calibration, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires shifts, weekends, and engagement with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytical audits within trust & safety or high-volume operations.
• Strong RCA skills to identify trends and root causes.
• Policy interpretation with ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent stakeholder management for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with data visualization and QA tooling.
• Ability to leverage AI to streamline moderation workflows.
• Fluent English; Greek language proficiency for local market.
• Internal candidates at G3 level or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies accurately and at scale across markets.
• Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across teams.
• Collaborate with BPO, PPS, PS, and OGS to simplify policy explanations.
• Manage edge cases swiftly with speed and accuracy.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on accuracy, trends and gaps.
• Support training Rollouts for policy changes, especially for BPO staff.
