Qualifications

• Proven analytical auditing experience in trust & safety or high-volume operations.
• Strong RCA capabilities and ability to identify trend patterns to reduce errors.
• Deep understanding of content policies and ability to judge complex cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management to lead calibration sessions and training.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with ability to interact with local content and teams.
• Internal candidates must be at least G3 level.

Responsibilities

• Commit to shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required for operations.
• Conduct QA audits while ensuring data protection and safety compliance.
• Perform RCA to identify root causes and translate data into actionable policy feedback.
• Interpret policies and validate benchmark data to guide enforcement.
• Lead calibration sessions and collaborate with BPO and internal teams to align quality goals.
• Escalate edge cases quickly and cascading policy updates across partners.
• Leverage AI, QA dashboards and reporting tools to track accuracy and trends.
• Support training rollouts for policy changes and updates (around 20% of monthly output).
