Job summary

TikTok in Dublin is seeking a Quality & Training Specialist for Live and Monetization to ensure high standards across moderation and policy enforcement. The role requires Russian and English fluency and offers exposure to global teams within the Trust & Safety ecosystem.

You will lead QA audits, perform RCA analyses, interpret policies, coordinate calibration sessions, and support training rollouts. This is a hands-on, operationally focused position with shift work and collaboration across BPO

Qualifications

• Proven experience in analytical audits within trust & safety or high-volume operations.
• Strong RCA skills and ability to translate data into actionable feedback.
• Deep understanding of safety guidelines, policies and SOPs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data visualization and QA platforms; familiarity with AI-assisted workflows.
• Fluency in Russian and English; internal candidates at G3+ level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular analytical QA audits of moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and safety standards.
• Perform deep-dive RCA analyses and identify recurring quality issues; provide actionable feedback to guidelines teams.
• Interpret complex policies and validate golden sets to guide enforcement accuracy.
• Lead calibration sessions and coordinate with BPOs, PPS, PS and OGS teams for global quality goals.
• Utilize QA dashboards and reporting tools; support AI-driven process improvements.
• Participate in training rollouts for policy changes and operational guideline updates.
