Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Quality & Training Specialist to safeguard moderation quality at scale. You will conduct analytical audits, perform root cause analysis, and interpret complex safety policies to ensure consistent, data-driven enforcement across markets.

You will lead calibration sessions, collaborate with BPO partners and internal teams, and drive training rollouts for policy changes, while managing edge cases and reporting on accuracy trends.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in analytical audits within trust and safety environments.
• Strong RCA and data-driven feedback to improve guidelines.
• Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs for complex decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management for calibration and training across teams.
• Experience with data visualization and QA tools; use of AI to optimize workflows.
• Fluency in Kazakh and English as working languages.
• Internal candidates should be at G3 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular analytical audits of moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and safety standards.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify recurring quality issues and drive improvements.
• Interpret policies and curate data to guide enforcement accuracy.
• Lead calibration sessions and collaborate with BPO and internal teams on global quality goals.
• Use AI and QA dashboards to prepare weekly/monthly reports on accuracy and gaps.
• Support training rollouts for policy changes across staff, including for BPO teams.
