Job summary

TikTok in Dublin is seeking a Quality & Training Specialist for Live and Monetization to ensure safety policies are enforced accurately at scale and to drive continuous improvement. The role requires fluent Hebrew and English and involves auditing, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

You will lead calibration activities, interpret complex policies, and leverage AI and QA dashboards to optimize quality and training across the Live and Monetization domain.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in conducting analytical audits within trust and safety or high-volume operations.
• Strong RCA skills to identify root causes and suggest process improvements.
• Ability to interpret safety policies and provide expert judgments on high-risk cases.

Responsibilities

• Audit moderation processes to ensure policy compliance and data protection.
• Perform RCA to identify recurring quality issues and provide actionable feedback.
• Lead calibration sessions and collaborate with BPO and internal teams to align on quality goals.
• Manage escalation of edge cases with speed and accuracy and ensure policy updates are communicated.
• Leverage AI tools and QA dashboards to report on accuracy and trends.
