Qualifications

Ability to perform RCA, identify trend patterns and drive optimisations.
Deep understanding of safety policies and ability to make expert judgments on high‑risk cases.
Lead calibration sessions and partner with cross-functional teams on quality goals.
Proficient in data visualization, reporting and AI-enabled workflows.
Fluency in Romanian and English; internal candidates at G3+ level preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety policies are enforced accurately and consistently at scale.
Conduct regular audits of moderation and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
Translate data into actionable feedback for guidelines and operations teams.
Lead training rollouts for policy changes and operational updates.
Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports focusing on accuracy and gaps.
Collaborate with BPO partners and internal teams to meet global quality goals.
