Job summary

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance Experience: Proven expertise in analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and data integrity in trust & safety or high-volume operations.
• Problem-Solving Skills and Ownership: Strong RCA capability, trend identification, and proposing process optimizations with independent, end-to-end ownership.
• Policy Interpretation & Judgment: Deep understanding of content policies to make expert judgments on high-risk cases.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to lead calibration sessions and collaborate with BPO and internal teams to align on global goals.
• Technical & Reporting Proficiency: Skilled in data visualization, reporting, and using QA/calibration tools; ability to leverage AI to streamline workflows.
• Fluency in Russian and English are required for regional interaction and primary working language.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Auditing: Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation and ensure compliance with data protection and safety standards.
• Data Analysis & RCA: Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues and translate findings into actionable feedback for guideline updates.
• Policy Interpretation & Curation: Provide expert judgment on complex cases and validate benchmark data to guide enforcement.
• Calibration & Collaboration: Lead calibration sessions and partner with cross-functional teams to drive global quality goals.
• Operational Oversight & Escalation: Manage edge cases swiftly and ensure new policies are communicated across partners.
• Technical Reporting & AI Utilization: Use QA dashboards and RCA tools to produce weekly and monthly reports on accuracy and gaps.
• Training & Policy Cascade: Lead training rollouts for policy changes, ensuring understanding and consistent application.
