Job summary

TikTok in Ireland is seeking a Quality & Training Specialist to oversee QA, auditing and policy enforcement at scale across moderation teams in Dublin. You will ensure data protection and safety standards are consistently met.

You will lead RCA analyses, calibration sessions and weekly/monthly reporting, leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, and drive training rollouts for policy changes with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• QA analytics experience in trust & safety or high-volume ops.
• Strong RCA skills, trend identification and process optimization.
• Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs.
• Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in data visualization and QA tools; AI-enabled workflows.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
• Internal candidates: current level must be G3 or above.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Auditing of moderation against standards.
• Data Analysis & RCA to identify error patterns.
• Policy interpretation and golden-set validation.
• Calibration sessions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Operational oversight and escalation for edge cases.
• Technical reporting and AI utilization for dashboards.
• Training rollout for policy changes, ~20% of output.
