Job summary

PGIM Ireland, the global asset management arm of Prudential Financial, is seeking a Senior Testing Analyst to ensure quality, stability and delivery of HR technology solutions. This hybrid role requires two days per week in our Letterkenny office and offers exposure across payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and performance management.

You will own end-to-end testing from SIT and UAT to regression, develop test designs, manage defects, and collaborate with People

Qualifications

• Experience in system testing or QA within an HR/People Team.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems from an admin or tech perspective.
• Knowledge of payroll, talent acquisition, compensation, performance and learning processes.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for end-to-end People Team testing execution, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing for new initiatives, enhancements, and releases.
• Support testing efforts across HR functional areas including payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and core HCM.
• Understand end-to-end business processes to ensure test cases meet requirements and outcomes.
• Develop test design and scripts with scenario coverage, defect management, and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify testing risks and mitigation strategies.
• Track defects through resolution, including retesting and validation.
• Collaborate with People Team Process Solutions, Technology teams, and HR Centers of Excellence to validate testing outcomes.
• Assist with testing standards, templates, and documentation maintenance.
• Participate in project meetings, release planning and change management as needed.
• Champion continuous improvement opportunities, including testing automation and vendor coordination.
