Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a data-driven reporting and analytics professional to support People Services & Solutions. In a hybrid Letterkenny-based role, you’ll develop reporting solutions, analyze workforce data, and partner with People Ops, Technology, and COE to deliver insights that improve decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in reporting/analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience turning business questions into dashboards. The role emphasizes data quality and scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or employee systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business questions into reporting solutions.
• Ability to communicate data findings and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Experience working with large data sets and complex business processes.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting solutions and dashboards to support People analytics and operations.
• Analyze data, validate results, and provide insights to improve decision-making.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable reports.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Technology, and COE to modernize reporting.
• Investigate reporting issues and ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
