Job summary

Notion is recruiting a Business Development Rep to drive workflow-first, builder-led outbound motions from its Dublin base. You will qualify accounts, partner with Solutions Consultants, and coordinate with sellers to move opportunities forward.

You will execute multi-channel campaigns and ensure clean handoffs with ICP signals and stakeholder context, enabling a fast, high-quality start to conversations with decision-makers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to secure first meetings.
• Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are ready to build.
• Document handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, and stakeholder context.
• Leverage GTM tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and improve outbound quality.
