Job summary

Notion is seeking a Business Development Rep in Dublin to drive workflow-first, builder-led outbound pipelines. You will partner with Solutions Consultants to identify and target accounts, and to qualify opportunities that lead to productive meetings.

The role emphasizes high activity, curiosity about AI, and effective use of GTM tools. You’ll work from Notion offices in Dublin with anchor days in the office and strong collaboration with the team to build a scalable outbound motion and close

Qualifications

• Proven outbound pipeline generation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication to craft compelling outreach.
• Ability to quickly assess ICP fit and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline by identifying high-potential accounts.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Qualify meetings so they are ready to build for solutions consultants.
• Document clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals and context.
• Leverage GTM tooling to sharpen targeting and improve outbound quality.
