Job summary

Notion in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Business Development Rep to drive workflow-first, builder-led pipeline and qualify accounts for Solutions Consultants. You will partner with Solutions Consultants to target high-potential accounts and convert them into meetings.

You will run multi-channel outbound campaigns, qualify ICP and intent, and hand off to sellers in Salesforce, enabling efficient, high-quality conversations. Proficiency in Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying high-potential accounts and coordinating with sellers.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to secure meetings.
• Qualify meetings to ensure readiness for sellers, validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit.
• Deliver clean Salesforce handoffs with ICP signals, pains, workflow hypotheses, and stakeholder context.
• Leverage GTM tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and improve outbound quality.
