Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the Netherlands (SMB) based in Dublin. You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce, balancing new business with account expansion in a hybrid Dublin role.

Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, with relocation support and a focus on selling AI and data-driven CRM solutions to SMBs in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying tech sales experience and a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to plan territories and accounts to hit sales objectives.
• Discovery and value-based selling with customer use cases.
• Develop compelling value propositions for Salesforce AI and Data solutions.
• Clear, concise communication with customers in multiple formats.
• Leverage resources and cross-functional teams to close deals.
• Collaborate with account teams to support the customer journey.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for the Netherlands market.
• Drive new business and expansion within accounts.
• Apply consultative selling to align Salesforce solutions with customer goals.
• Develop relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Partner with BDR,Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the funnel.
