Salesforce in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an Account Executive for the Netherlands ESMB team, hybrid role with relocation support. You will own end-to-end sales, from prospecting to close, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce to Dutch and English-speaking customers.

You will balance new business with expansion, use a consultative approach, and collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Dutch market funnel.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying technology sales experience.
• Ability to create territory and account plans to achieve objectives.
• Discovery to uncover customer processes, challenges, and goals.
• Fluent in Dutch and English for customer engagements.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the Netherlands from lead generation to closing.
• Drive growth with new business acquisition and expansion.
• Use consultative selling to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions with customer goals.
