Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive for the Netherlands ESMB team, selling Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce to new and existing accounts. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to close in the Netherlands market.

Based in our Dublin hub, this hybrid role requires fluency in Dutch and English and a track record of quota-driven technology sales, with a focus on strategic growth and cross-functional collaboration across BDR, pre-sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Sales: lead a dedicated customer set in the Netherlands market from lead to closing.
• Drive Strategic Growth with focus on new business and expansion within accounts.
• Utilise consultative selling to align Salesforce AI/Data solutions with customer goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers through digital and in-person engagement.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Dutch market funnel.
