Job summary

Salesforce is hiring an Account Executive focusing on the Netherlands ESMB SMB market, primarily Netherlands and Belgium, based in Dublin. You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, balancing new business with expansion while selling Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce.

Relocation support is provided for a Dublin-based, hybrid role. The role requires quota-attainment experience, strong solution selling, and fluent Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Proven quota carrying, technology solution sales experience.
• Ability to plan and manage territory to hit sales targets.
• Strong discovery and value-based solutioning capabilities.
• Clear customer communication across written, spoken, and presentations.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with BD, pre-sales and marketing.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales in the Netherlands market, from prospecting to closing.
• Drive new business and expand existing accounts.
• Utilise a consultative approach to map business needs to Salesforce AI/Data solutions.
• Build trusted C-level relationships with regular digital and in-person engagements.
• Align with account teams to optimise the Dutch market funnel.
