Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the Netherlands market, based in Dublin with hybrid work. You will lead end-to-end sales, balancing new business with expansion, and position the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce to drive client value.

You will partner with BDR, pre-sales, and marketing to optimize the Dutch market funnel, engaging C-level executives and delivering consultative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Quota-bearing, technology solutions-based direct sales experience.
• Territory and account planning strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Researching customer processes, challenges, and goals for value-led selling.
• Identifying compelling value propositions and aligning solutions.
• Clear, concise, timely communication with customers via various methods.
• Efficient use of resources and tools to drive results.
• Collaborating with account teams and partners to support deals.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated set in the Netherlands market from lead to close.
• Drive new business and expansion within accounts.
• Use consultative selling to map Salesforce AI/Data solutions to customer goals.
• Build trusted C-level relationships through digital engagement and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Dutch funnel.
