Job summary

Teleflex Incorporated in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Customer Service specialist fluent in German and English to manage day-to-day order processing and customer interactions.

You will handle calls, manage queries and complaints, coordinate with warehouses, monitor delivery performance, and support pricing and invoicing processes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Customer Service experience preferred; full training provided.
• Relevant third-level qualification preferred.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM and SAP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and manage queries and complaints.
• Liaise with warehouse and monitor delivery performance.
• Backorder management and pricing queries.
• Provide product availability, stock information, and delivery details.
• Process returns, credits and debits on time.
• Support invoicing and Accounts Receivable queries.
