Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English required.
• Customer service experience preferred but not essential – full training provided.
• Relevant 3rd level qualification preferred.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Good computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM and SAP advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Strong service orientation; ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Time management, organisational skills and goal orientation.

Responsabilités

• Call handling and query/complaint management.
• Liaison with warehouse and monitor delivery performance.
• Backorder management and price management support.
• Customer master data maintenance and recall support.
• Provide product availability, stock and delivery information to customers and sales.
• Ensure returns, credits and debits are processed on time.
• Support invoicing and pricing queries as needed.
