Job summary

TELUS Digital in Cork, Ireland, seeks a Customer Support Specialist (Multilingual: English and German) to handle inquiries, investigate issues, and support a leading fintech client. You’ll be the face of the brand on calls and emails, working to resolve complex problems and improve the customer experience.

The role is onsite with 8am–5pm hours, offering a performance-based bonus and a €1,000 sign-on bonus; relocation support is available for candidates moving to Ireland.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus.
• Self-driven and result-oriented.
• Comfortable working with computers and phones and able to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities
