Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and manage queries and complaints.
• Liaise with warehouse and monitor delivery performance.
• Assist with backorder management and pricing queries.
• Support invoicing and the returns process.
• Provide product availability, stock and delivery information to customers and sales.
