Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a focused Customer Service Order Entry professional to support transaction processing. You will join a multidisciplinary team to ensure orders are entered accurately and processed promptly, with responsibilities spanning order entry, returns, credits, invoices, and price reviews.

Requirements include fluent English and 1–2 years in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably multinational.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service department, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Accurate with strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced department.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours if required.
• Good computer skills; MS Office and SAP advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to process orders received via telephone, fax, etc., promptly.
• Order entry.
• Returns processing to ensure timely handling.
• Credit and debit memo processing.
• Delivery processing.
• Invoice processing.
• Price review.
• General data entry related to the order-to-cash process.
