Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Customer Service professional to manage day-to-day order processing and related activities in Ireland.

You will handle calls, manage queries and complaints, coordinate with the warehouse, support pricing and master data accuracy, and ensure timely delivery information to customers and the sales team. Fluency in French and English is required and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.
• Customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Relevant 3rd-level qualification.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle call management and order processing.
• Query and complaint management with timely resolution.
• Liaise with warehouse to monitor delivery performance.
• Manage backorders and pricing inquiries.
• Provide product availability and delivery information to customers.
• Ensure customer orders are processed on time and accurately.
