Job summary

The Fitzwilliam Hotel Dublin is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team in delivering five-star, personalised guest service. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless check-in/out, VIP handling and a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the guest journey.

This role requires previous supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, a calm, confident leadership style, and the ability to manage shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a luxury hotel Front Office.
• Ability to work full-time and across shifts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
