Cashel Palace Hotel, a member of Relais & Château, seeks an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team. You will manage daily operations, drive guest satisfaction and collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B, and Senior Management to ensure a seamless guest journey throughout the hotel.

The role requires previous Front Office leadership in five-star environments, strong communication and budgeting skills, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Front Office leadership within luxury hotels.
• Experience leading and developing guest service teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Office operations to luxury standards.
• Coach and develop reception, supervisors, porters and guest services staff.
• Ensure check-in/check-out excellence and guest care across stays.
