Harvey in Ireland is hiring an SMB Account Executive to drive growth in legal and professional services. You will establish new business relationships with small law firms and in-house legal teams, understand their challenges, and deliver AI-powered solutions that transform how they work.

You’ll combine a fast-paced, high-velocity sales motion with a consultative, value-based approach, building from scratch in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling complex software solutions.
• Experience in consultative, value-based selling.
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Own your book of business by prioritizing warm leads and a named account list to maintain a high velocity sales motion.
• Manage the new business lifecycle from prospecting to qualifying, validating Harvey’s solution, and contracting.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and other key sales metrics.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, understanding pain points and aligning Harvey's solutions.
• Conduct high velocity client evaluations, including product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions.
• Develop tactics, collateral, and messaging to improve SMB team performance.
