Harvey is expanding its SMB sales team in Ireland, seeking an experienced Account Executive to establish new business with small law firms and in-house legal teams. You will drive growth by delivering Harvey’s AI-powered solutions, combining consultative selling with rapid deal cycles.

You will manage a multi-threaded sales process, present demonstrations, and coordinate with product and engineering to tailor offerings to client needs, while maintaining a fast-paced, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling complex software solutions in a consultative, value-based manner.
• Ability to independently lead a sales cycle from start to finish.
• Ability to manage a pipeline, forecast key metrics, and keep CRM hygiene.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for Harvey’s mission and AI in knowledge work.

Responsabilités

• Own your book of business and drive high-velocity sales with a named account list.
• Manage new business lifecycle from prospecting to qualification, validation, and contracting.
• Achieve revenue targets and other key sales metrics.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and align Harvey's solutions to their needs.
• Conduct tailored client evaluations, product demos, and presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions.
• Develop tactics, collateral, and messaging to improve team performance and document learnings.
