Job summary

PGIM Ireland, part of Prudential Financial, seeks a Senior Testing Analyst in HR technology. Hybrid role with 2 days in Letterkenny, focusing on end-to-end testing across payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, and more.

You will partner with HR COEs, Process Solutions, and Technology to ensure quality and compliant testing, driving continuous improvement and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in system testing, QA, or business analysis within a large HR function.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) from an administrator or tech perspective.
• Knowledge of People Team operational processes across HR areas such as payroll, compensation, performance, learning, etc.
• Strong business analysis skills, including defining and documenting test scenarios and data issues.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing execution for the People Team, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing for new initiatives and releases.
• Support testing across HR areas including payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning, and performance management.
• Understand end-to-end business processes to ensure test cases meet requirements.
• Develop test design and scripts with scenario coverage, defect management, and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify testing risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Track defects through resolution with retesting and validation.
• Collaborate with People Team Process Solutions, Technology, and COEs to validate outcomes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining testing standards, templates, and docs.
• Participate in project meetings, release planning, and change management.
