Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or employee systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business questions into reporting solutions.
• Ability to communicate data findings and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to reporting accuracy and data quality.
• Experience working with large data sets and complex business processes.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Prudential’s people analytics and operational reporting needs.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions for talent, compensation, payroll, benefits, and workforce processes.
• Gather requirements and translate business questions into actionable reporting solutions.
• Analyze employee data to identify trends, validate results, and provide insights.
• Improve access to employee data and expand self-service reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Technology to translate data into reporting and integration requirements.
