PGIM Ireland, part of Prudential Financial, seeks a People Team Data Integration Lead to direct strategy, design, governance and delivery of integrations across the People Team technology ecosystem. The role acts as a bridge between People, Global Technology, vendors and stakeholders to ensure secure, accurate employee data flows across platforms.

The position is hybrid with 2 days per week in the Letterkenny office, and requires strong experience with HR data, HRIS, and enterprise systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business/IT/Finance/Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with employee data, HR processes and enterprise system architecture.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HR systems including reporting, testing, troubleshooting and operational support.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Experience leading integration initiatives from requirements through UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions with stakeholders.
• Assess impact of system changes on integrations and design appropriate solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end integration delivery including requirements, design reviews, testing, deployment, and validation.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to troubleshoot integration issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement to automate processes and improve data quality across the People Team.
