Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a data-driven professional to support People analytics and operational reporting. You will develop and enhance reporting solutions, collaborate with People Operations, Technology, and COE teams, and help translate workforce questions into actionable insights.

The role is based in Letterkenny with a hybrid model, offering opportunities to influence decision-making across a global organization.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or employee systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business questions into reporting solutions.
Ability to communicate data findings and recommendations to various audiences.
Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance people reporting and analytics solutions supporting talent, compensation, payroll, benefits, organizational, and workforce processes.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into actionable reporting solutions.
Analyze employee and workforce data to identify trends, validate results, and provide insights for improved decision-making.
Support reporting modernization by expanding self-service access and reducing manual reporting.
