Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Programme Specialist to support day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. The role involves liaison with local hiring managers, onboarding, and contractor management. Experience with vendor management and MS Office is essential.

The role is hybrid with client site work and a focus on delivering recruitment services across multiple vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recruitment process knowledge and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, onboarding and compliance is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with local hiring managers and handle temporary recruitment requests.
• Record and track recruitment agency performance and hiring needs.
• Conduct vacancy qualification meetings and brief 3rd party suppliers.
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding and contractor activities.
• Maintain relationships with client and agencies.
• Check, upload and track invoices and approvals for payment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve local issues with clients and agencies.
• Monitor achievement of local service level agreements.
• Provide status reports to the Programme Manager.
