Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Specialist in Contingent Workforce programs to support MSP operations across clients and suppliers. You will partner with hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day program delivery and service excellence.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, experience in MSP environments, and ability to handle confidential information while delivering accurate reporting and status updates to the Programme Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP environment (strongly preferred).
• Staffing industry experience desired but not required.
• HR experience desired but not required.
• Ability to work with confidential issues.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to engage with all levels of management.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis.
• Detail oriented and problem solver.
• Good understanding of financial data and invoicing.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationship with local hiring managers and their temporary recruitment requests.
• Recording and maintaining information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements.
• Carrying out vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, briefing 3rd party suppliers, screening incoming CVs, scheduling interviews, onboarding and contractor management activities.
• Managing local relations with client and agencies.
• Checking, uploading and tracking invoices and approvals for payment.
• Assuring customer satisfaction and resolving all local issues with customer and agencies.
• Monitoring successful achievement of local service level agreements.
• Providing statistical analysis support and other duties as client’s needs dictate.
• Providing periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager as required

Job Description

We are following a hybrid working arrangement, collaborate with your colleagues in the office 3 days a week while having the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

Role Overview

As a Specialist in Contingent Workforce programme, you play a critical role in the successful delivery of our Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, supporting day-to-day program operations and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing relationship with local hiring managers and managing their temporary recruitment requests
• Record and maintains information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements
• Responsibilities will include carrying out vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, briefing 3rd party suppliers, screening incoming CV’s, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, on boarding and contractor management activities
• Manage local relations with client and agencies
• Check, upload and track invoices and approvals for payment
• Assure customer satisfaction and resolves all local issues with customer and agencies
• Monitor successful achievement of local service level agreements
• Provide statistical analysis support and other duties as client’s needs dictate
• Provide periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager as required

Qualifications

• Experience working within an MSP environment (strongly preferred)
• Staffing industry experience desired but not required
• Human Resources experience desired but not required
• Ability to work with confidential issues
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, interpersonal, and in presentations in English
• Able to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staff
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data to clients
• Detail oriented, critical thinker, problem solver
• Good understanding of Financial data and invoicing
• Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to lead colleagues and the client
• The ideal candidate will be proven in programme expansion / cross selling within clients
