Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment/HR professional to manage the full talent acquisition cycle in a MSP/RPO environment. You will support hiring managers across multiple departments and ensure timely, compliant staffing.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organisation, and proactive pipeline development. You will handle candidate journeys, interviews, references, and onboarding, using MS Office and Salesforce where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR or MSP/RPO.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Autonomous, innovative and solution oriented.
• Structured, with strong reporting and organisational abilities.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple stakeholders in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Teams and OneNote; Salesforce beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including administration and candidate journey.
• Advertise roles and screen candidates to shortlist high-calibre fits.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to candidates through the recruitment process.
• Maintain pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
• Support with onboarding, compliance and reporting.
• Create presentations and materials for clients.
