Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dublin West on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on HR guidance, staff relations, and stakeholder engagement, with hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).

You will analyze HR metrics, support recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, and contribute to organisational change initiatives while delivering internal training as required.

Qualifications

  • Third-level qualification in HR or Business/Commerce.
  • 5+ years HR experience.
  • Public Sector experience desirable.
  • Industrial Relations experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance to assigned business areas.
  • Advise on employment law, policy & procedure knowledge.
  • Prepare and analyse HR performance data and share findings.
  • Assist in development and implementation of organisational change initiatives.
  • Contribute to workforce planning as needed.
  • Advise on recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Support management with employee relations issues and IR matters.
  • Manage recruitment processes from drafting role specs to candidate selection.
  • Oversee on-boarding and induction for new employees.
  • Support payroll inputs for the organisation.
  • Assist probation management for all employees.
  • Design and deliver internal training courses as required.
