CarTrawler in Dublin is seeking a proactive HR Generalist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll drive HR operations across onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management, delivering an outstanding employee experience for a diverse global team.

Working with the People Experience Manager and the broader People Team, you’ll turn people data into insights, improve processes, and explore how technology like HiBob, Excel and Power BI can boost efficiency and employee engagement.

• Experience delivering HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in payroll coordination and compliance.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver seamless HR operations across onboarding to offboarding.
• Be the main contact for employees and managers on HR policy and employee relations.
• Coordinate payroll activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain HR data and optimize HiBob workflows and reporting.
• Create dashboards and insights from people data to inform decisions.
• Improve HR processes using technology and AI to enhance efficiency.
