Job summary

nbxTalent is seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our Dublin 13 team on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid work model (4 days in/1 day WFH) and a competitive salary based on experience.

You will act as the first point of contact for clients and employees, delivering HR advice within employment legislation across several countries. Expect opportunities to mentor, lead, and participate in EU travel for project work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with proven organisational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, written & oral.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for clients, external legal stakeholders and employees.
• Develop and maintain appropriate relationship with the client.
• Provide HR advice in line with best practice and employment legislation for supported countries.
• Mentor and lead a team where opportunities arise.
• Manage all aspects of the employment lifecycle with focus on Employee Relations issues.
• Deliver advice on disciplinary, performance management, long-term sickness and country-specific matters.
• Proactively manage employee relations, legal compliance and HR policies across designated countries.
• Provide proactive HR consultation on key topics to employees.
• Travel approximately 25% within the EU (Covid-19 restrictions permitting).
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects.
